These entertaining and educational 2 hour multimedia presentations held by
MAS provide a basic understanding of the classification, formation and release of avalanches, as well as an overview of the awesome phenomenon of avalanches! These programs are a great primer before taking the Avalanche Level I or Level II Seminars or as a refresher before heading on a backcountry adventure. (That thing they do with the toy trees and flour is really eye-opening!)
