Objectives
The objectives of the Bear Valley Ski Club (BVSC) are to encourage and to organize enthusiasts toward the enjoyment of Alpine and Nordic skiing, to develop skill in skiing among men, women, and children and to promote good fellowship and sportsmanship. Activities will emphasize full family participation. Club activities and benefits during the year include:

- General meetings (Potluck dinners).
- Annual donation to a worthy cause.
- Gourmet potluck lunches on the sun deck.
- Ski Vouchers at a reduced rate (Contact Harvey Barnett @ 408-996-8204).
- Bill Wray kiddies race for children and grandchildren up to 14 years of age. An Adult race follows.
- July 4th picnic.
- Annual Ski Trip.
- Annual Golf Tournament in the summer.
- Ski Sale and Swap in the fall.
- Dinner Dance in the winter.
- Wine Tour trip in the spring.
Details of all activities will be announced in their newsletter, The Paw Print, published during the year.
